Our Schedule
Ki Body & Spirit AERIAL POLICIES
LATENESS: Students are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to class for hammock set up. For the safety of all students, no students will be allowed to join the class 5 minutes after the start of class. More than 5 minutes of lateness will be considered a No-Show.
WAITLIST: If there are waitlisted students present on standby, registered students that are not present for hammock set up by the scheduled class time will be required to forfeit their spot and follow the No-Show Policy.
CHILDREN: Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult guardian/caretaker. For the safety of all students, no unattended children allowed during class time.
Ki Body & Spirit CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
A class must be changed or cancelled 3 hours before the scheduled class time, or you will be charged for the class.
Unlimited Monthly Members and Drop-In students will be charged a $35 drop-in fee for late cancellations or no-shows to a registered class.
Class package holders will be charged 1 class credit for late cancellations or no-shows to a registered class.
Ki Body & Spirit WAITLIST POLICY
Waitlisted students will receive an automated email if they are removed from the waitlist and transferred onto the class roster. If a waitlisted student cancels their registration or notifies Ki Body & Spirit administration prior to the scheduled class time, there will be no cancellation penalty.
Please note that No-Show / Aerial Policies apply for waitlisted students.
Ki Body & Spirit RESERVATION POLICY
Existing members and package holders may hold reservations for New Students. Please note that the Cancellation / No-Show / Waitlist / Aerial Policies will apply and be charged to the reservation holder.
