AERIAL POLICIES:
Students are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to class for hammock set up. For the safety of all students, no students will be allowed to join the class 5 minutes after the scheduled class time. More than 5 minutes of lateness will be considered a No-Show.
For ages 7+, unless otherwise noted in class description. Children ages 7 - 13 must be accompanied by a participating adult guardian/caretaker. For the safety of all students, no unattended children allowed during class time.
If there are waitlisted students present on standby, registered students that are not present for hammock set up by the scheduled class time will be required to forfeit their spot and follow the No-Show Policy.
Elevate your yoga practice with aerial yoga! Learn to access yoga postures from a different perspective and challenge yourself by learning new tricks from our skilled teachers.
With the support of the hammock, safely practice inversions and spinal decompression. You will learn how to balance, flip in the air, and position the hammock correctly for strengthening your core and gaining body awareness.
All Levels welcomes all practitioners including Level I & II.
Level I is beginner friendly, with a focus on developing core stability.
Level II challenges both the body and the brain with circus tricks, elaborate choreography, and thrilling drops. Prerequisites to attend Level II:
1. Must be cleared by Level I instructor to register for Level II class
2. Must be able to go upside down without instruction or assistance
3. Must be able to flip into a front hip lean in the hammock
4. Must be able to pull up with feet off the floor
